Step 1: Understand
To solve a problem or make the most of an opportunity, the first step is to understand exactly what it is. We achieve this with a discovery session and then, after strategising and brainstorming with our team, we turn this into a roadmap for us both to reference.
Step 2: Analyse
After a roadmap is developed, we then dive more deeply into research to ensure we understand every nuance. This is normally coupled with internal brainstorming sessions attended by our various specialists.
Step 3: Define
Once we’ve fully understood your challenges, opportunities and the required outcomes, and researched the relevant information needed, we begin defining and planning the specifics.
Step 4: Ideate
Depending on the project, ideation can take many forms such as sketching, prototyping, brainstorming, etc. These act as early drafts and we collaborate with you to narrow down the final options.
Step 5: Develop
Once the successful shortlist is finalised, we work on developing and fleshing these out completely and bringing your chosen ideas to completion.
Step 6: Refine
All projects will normally require a few tweaks or refinements, and it’s important that all relevant stakeholders are included in the refinement phase.
Step 7: Launch
By this stage, you’re probably just as enthusiastic as we are to go live. A well executed and planned launch is a crucial step of the process.
